Confidential is seeking a candidate in Dubai to prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications using Plan Swift and AUTOCAD. Responsibilities include preparing Request for Quotation packages for sub-contractors and certifying payments.

The ideal candidate will understand the scope of works and have knowledge of rebar quantities for residential and hotel projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required for reporting and correspondence.
