Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities: (Tender QS and Project QS) Tender QS- Review tender documents and prepare competitive tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities/ Materials (BOQ & BOM).
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and schedules to develop cost estimates.
- Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the business development and project teams to ensure tender compliance and alignment.
- Identify and mitigate tender risks to maximise project profitability.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow.
- Evaluate and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts for contractors and suppliers.
