A Quantity Surveyor is required to join an expanding Ottawa team of this reputable consultancy.
Successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor candidate will receive a good compensation package and benefit from continuous professional development.

The work includes architectural and structural quantity take-off, price research, and the preparation, analysis and presentation of cost estimates and related studies.

Successful candidates will have or be willing to develop an understanding of the Canadian construction market and various practices used within it. Preferred applicants will be members of the CIQS or an equivalent student organization or possess a desire to attain their PQS, CEC, or related designation.
