Quantity Surveying & Cost Management
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
- Verify quantities executed at site and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Prepare cost reports, cash‑flow forecasts and commercial progress reports.
