We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK main contractor delivering high-quality Residential andmercial developments. This role will be based on a flagship project in Manchester, contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale scheme.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all cost-related aspects of the project from inception topletion
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
  • Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor accounts
  • Provide accurate reporting to support project delivery and profitability
  • Manage valuations and variations
    • About You
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential housing / apartment schemes
  • JCT experience
  • Strongmercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
