Job Descriptions

•Review tender documents (ITB, requirements, specs, drawings) and raise queries for discrepancies or missing information
• Clarify/complete design inputs for accurate estimation
• Coordinate with internal designers to validate design information
• Perform quantity take-off and verify specs against drawings
• Prepare, validate, and maintain BOQs
• Identify discrepancies across design docs, BOQs, and actual quantities
• Develop cost comparison and support value engineering / cost optimization
• Assist in variation and change order evaluations
