About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and detailed quantity take-offs for electrical works
Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for EPC power projects
Handle tendering, subcontractor evaluation, and procurement support
Manage contracts, variation orders, claims, and cost reporting
Monitor project budgets and cost performance throughout project lifecycle
Work closely with engineering and project teams on electrical scope (solar, BESS, substations, buildings)
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years of QS experience in construction or EPC projects
Must have prior working experience in Singapore (construction or EPC projects)
Experience in electrical works (power plants, substations, or building services) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and procurement processes
Ability to work in fast-paced EPC project environments
