Quantity Surveyor (Central/ Construction/5k/5 days)

Singapore - contract agreement / letter of award. Monitoring progress claims and payments, sub-contractor payments, certification, VO submission and final accounts. Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors.

• Monitor progress claims and payments
• Handle sub-contractor payments, certification, VO submission and final accounts
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and subcontractors

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in QS works in a Singapore construction firm
• Proficient in MS Office and other measurement software
