Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our Variable Team in Belgium. This role will support a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate projects across multiple client accounts, providing flexible cost management and quantity surveying expertise wherever required.



Working within a dynamic client-facing environment, you will collaborate with internal project management teams, external consultants, contractors, and occupier or investor clients across a broad range of sectors including office, industrial, logistics, labs, and mixed-use developments.



This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable professional who enjoys variety, stakeholder engagement, and exposure to different project types and client environments.

Fluent English required; Dutch and/or French would be beneficial.
