Introduction
Successful candidates will have experience with CNC Machining, Composite machining, writing inspection programs, CMM, and hand measurement tools.
Position Responsibilities
- Set up, program, validate, and run CMM measurement routines for machined and composite components.
- Perform first-article inspections, in-process inspections, and audit measurements using CMM, on-machine probes, laser tracker, and hand measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, gage pins, etc.).
- Review and verify NC/CMM programs for accuracy and repeatability; act as an NC/CMM Programming Reviewer as needed.
- Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to create and follow inspection plans.
