About the Role
Qualifications:
High school diploma or vocational school equivalent preferred
Two-year degree from college or technical school in technical discipline highly desirable, or 3-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
Ability to use micrometer, digital caliper, protractor, and scale
Ability to use Optical Comparator
Ability to use or learn to use Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) equipment for product verification
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Inspector Certification desirable, preferably through ASQ
Ability to develop inspection programs for CMM equipment desirable
Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs or other forms of charting with minimal direction preferred
