Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Riverside, CA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $21.50 per hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 12:00PM – 8:30PM
Responsibilities
+ Assist in developing Quality Control procedures, specifications, testing, and product verification for adhesives, mortars, textured coatings, and paint-specialty products.
+ Review and analyze incoming raw materials and other products to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Support QC supervisor in controlling product flow, including raw materials, packaging, manufactured products, and customer returns.
+ Perform physical quality control tests such as density, flow, and color checks using spectrometers and other laboratory instruments.
+ Occasionally climb silos with safety gear as needed.
+ Monitor test results, maintain accurate records in notebooks and electronic systems, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
