About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to clients’ enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
  • Provide frontline support to walk-in clients
  • Assist with administrative and coordination duties for the team
  • Maintain proper documentation and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Support any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Candidates without a diploma but with relevant customer service or administrative experience are also welcome to apply
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple systems
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively
  • Able to interact professionally with members of the public
