About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to clients’ enquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly
- Provide frontline support to walk-in clients
- Assist with administrative and coordination duties for the team
- Maintain proper documentation and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Support any other operational duties assigned by the reporting manager
- Diploma in any discipline
- Candidates without a diploma but with relevant customer service or administrative experience are also welcome to apply
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using multiple systems
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively
- Able to interact professionally with members of the public
