**Job Purpose**:
Ensure that all products and processes meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead the quality department to implement, monitor, and improve quality management systems, reduce non-conformities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO ****.
- Oversee all quality control and quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes: cutting, CNC bending, MIG/TIG welding, and painting.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal specifications, and regulatory standards.
