The Quality Manager in Projects is responsible for leading the management and resolution of Non-Conformities (NCRs) and their respective costs (NCCs), applying quality methodologies from root cause analysis to field containment actions and validation of plans to mitigate impacts on projects and prevent recurrence. In addition to working in partnership with Supplier Quality for supplier deviations, the professional validates internal audits of products and services (PQI/MQI), automates processes, and manages quality KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
