Quality Manager

SUMMARY:
An Engineering / Heavy Manufacturing facility is seeking a Quality Manager for their workshop, warehouse, and factory-floor environment. To Interact with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers. Occasional travel to suppliers and customer sites. Possible extended hours during audits, investigations, or critical operational periods. Job Purpose:
To provide strategic and operational leadership for the Quality function across manufacturing, refurbishment, procurement, subcontracting, warehousing, and distribution activities, ensuring all products, processes, and services consistently comply with customer requirements, OEM-equivalent standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems. The incumbent is accountable for establishing and driving a culture of quality excellence, continuous improvement, defect prevention, operational compliance, and customer satisfaction across the organisation.
