Quality Line Side Leader A400M Airframe

Job Description

The QLSL is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufacturing and assembly processes for the A400M airframe on the production line, driving continuous improvement, and leading a team of quality professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assure implementation of quality rules and that industrial processes fulfill quality standard requirements.
• Validate product inspection plans and manage product non-conformities until customer delivery.
• Promote improvement processes that encourage practical problem solving.
• Perform operational surveillance and optimize current inspection activities.
• Support production teams on non‑quality concerns to be solved quickly.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
