Hybrid role, home based two days per week with three days in Walsall.

At Able Personnel we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Quality Lead to join their expanding team.

This is a hybrid position where you will work two days from home and three days on site in Walsall. You will play a key role in coaching delivery staff, improving learner outcomes and ensuring high quality training standards across apprenticeship programmes. The company deals with various disciplines for apprenticeships and commercial training. This role will focus more on accountancy area levels 2 to 7. They will accept any discipline experience.
