About the Role
**ACTIVELY HIRING A QUALITY INSPECTOR TO JOIN OUR GROWNG TEAM IN WEST PALM BEACH ON FIRST SHIFT**

**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform inspections on incoming, in‑process, and final parts and accurately document findings.
+ Inspect firearms manufactured, assembled, or repaired internally or by outside vendors.
+ Maintain organized, accurate inspection records.
+ Use essential measurement and testing equipment, including calipers, micrometers, guages
+ Work from manufacturing blueprints
+ Solid understanding of GD&T, tolerances, and final inspection processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience using Keyence systems and CMM (Calypso/Zeiss).
+ Previous experience with ERP systems.
+ Use of CMM, Keyence, & Rockwell hardness testers preferred, not required
