Quality Executive

Role Summary

1. Product Certification Management: Ensure all product certification requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

2. Integrated Management System: Oversee the adequacy and continuous improvement of the IMS in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards.

3. Audits: Conduct and manage both internal and external audits Include NABL & JIS, and lead Management Review Meetings (MRM).

4. Training and Upskilling: Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Quality team.

5. Customer Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

6. EUCEB Conformance: Ensure adherence to EUCEB standards in alignment with group protocols.
