About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective in-process quality control at injection molding lines in compliance with approved specifications, standards, samples, and work instructions.
Lead first-piece approvals, sample locking, and trial evaluations to ensure issues are identified and resolved before mass production.
Monitor rejection trends, defect analysis, and line quality performance; initiate corrective and preventive actions in coordination with Production and Maintenance teams.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve process, mold, machine, and product-related quality issues.
Maintain proper quality documentation, audit readiness, daily inspection reports, patrol inspection records, and KPI monitoring.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor through training, quality awareness, feedback, and process standardization.
