·        Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Composite Materials, or a related field.

·        Age between 23 and 30 years.

·        Outgoing and proactive personality.

·        Good command of English (spoken and written).

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

·        Able to adapt to different cultures and work environments.

·        Willing to work overtime and travel for business purposes when required.
