Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control & Audits : Perform quality audits and assessments in line with the companys Quality Control Program Manual ensuring all documentation reports and company standards are accurate and aligned with industry regulations.
• Leadership & Direction : Provide technical and administrative direction to the quality control personnel including resolving technical challenges and managing personnel related matters.
• Safety Management : Proactively manage safety risks and hazardous conditions on site ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with supervisory personnel to address unsafe practices and improve safety standards.
• Accident & Safety Investigations : Oversee work area surveillance conduct investigations into property damage and personal injuries and ensure proper documentation and reporting of safety violations or unsafe conditions.
