Quality Controller

The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring that all joinery products, materials and installation works comply with approved project specifications, quality standards and client requirements. The role oversees quality inspections throughout the production and installation process, identifies non‑conformities and works closely with production and site teams to implement corrective actions ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Incoming Material Inspection – Inspect all incoming materials including timber, veneers, laminates, hardware, fittings, adhesives and accessories. Verify materials against approved samples, specifications, purchase orders and project requirements. Identify non‑conforming materials and coordinate with Procurement for replacement or corrective action. Ensure only approved materials are released to production.
