Job Description

1. Work Order Processing & Quality Monitoring

• Process work orders efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.

• Monitor and analyze site quality data, including aging, loss, damage, and special product handling, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Implement corrective actions to reduce discrepancies and enhance overall quality performance.

2. Handling of Abnormal and Returned Items

• Investigate and resolve issues related to abnormal parts, returned parts, damaged items, and headless parts.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to document, track, and process non-conforming products according to established protocols.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality incidents and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
