Quality Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Quality Automation Engineer to lead quality strategy and automation within our squads. In this role you will be a technical expert, ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will drive the end‑to‑end test strategy, collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX, and mentor other QA Engineers.

• Own the end‑to‑end test strategy (functional + non‑functional) and define quality gates and release criteria.
• Build and maintain test cases, test plans, and automated test frameworks in line with evolving requirements and policies.
• Integrate tests into GitLab CI/CD to provide fast feedback, parallelisation, flaky‑test detection, and actionable reports.
• Champion shift‑left quality by pairing with developers, product managers, and UX on testability, code reviews for test coverage, and test‑first acceptance criteria.
