The role

of Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for carrying out chemical, microbiological, packaging and sensory analysis as required, from crushing stage to finished product stages of production. It ensures precise and accurate testing is provided in order that product is produced and dispatched right first time.

Key Duties

  • Accountable for site quality KPIs, ensuring high standards across production
  • Conduct and interpret chemical, microbiological, packaging, and sensory analysis
  • Analyse data to identify issues and drive quality improvement plans
  • Lead audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers while supporting cost optimisation
