**Job Description**
The Quality Assurance Technician supports a quality-focused vision by ensuring that all finished snack products meet strict food safety, regulatory, and internal quality standards. Working closely with manufacturing and fryer operators, this role monitors product attributes, verifies compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment on the 2nd shift.
**Responsibilities**
+ Adhere to all current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety requirements, and company policies at all times.
+ Check the specific gravity of each incoming load of potatoes and document results according to established procedures.
+ Measure chip moisture levels and promptly notify fryer operators of results so corrective actions can be taken when necessary.
