Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities

The Junior QA Specialist supports the Quality Assurance team in carrying out quality assurance activities. The role is responsible for monitoring and verifying the proper implementation of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and established quality and safety standards within operations. This position also assists in data analysis and troubleshooting quality-related issues to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the QA Manager and QA Supervisor to develop, implement, monitor, and maintain food safety programs that comply with industry regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain current food safety, quality and regulatory knowledge through ongoing training and educational opportunities.
