Quality Assurance Officer

What is the job role?

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Quality and Commissioning team, helping to ensure that people acrossCoventry receive high-quality, safe, and effective care and support services, enabling them to live independently with genuine choice and control over the care they receive.

In this role, you will work closely with care providers, people who draw on care and support, health and social care partners, and commissioning colleagues to monitor, review, and improve service quality. You will lead on quality assurance activity, investigate concerns and complaints, support safeguarding enquiries, and work with providers to drive continuous improvement. You will champion inclusive commissioning by ensuring services reflect the needs of Coventry’s diverse population.
