:We are seeking an experiencedQuality Assurance Manager (QAM)to join our team, supporting key Thales programs at both Garden Island and Woolloomooloo office. As a QAM, you will be a champion for the Thales Quality Policy, ensuring effective quality practices are applied to deliver outstanding services and products. This position partners closely with business and project leadership to achieve targets and continuously improve quality standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
Champion the Thales Quality Policy, driving its implementation across the assigned perimeter.
Develop and oversee Quality Management Plans, ensuring standards are applied to bids, projects, and product delivery.
Partner with project teams to assure deliverable conformity and facilitate lessons learnt.
Lead customer feedback management, driving corrective and preventive actions.
