• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to improve product reliability and performance.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts in performing quality assessments across all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to product quality.
• Create and maintain documentation of quality processes, procedures, and training materials.
