About the Role

            Responsibilities  Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System (QMS) to enhance process effectiveness. 
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve process-related issues. 
Analyze customer complaints and deliver timely, effective responses to maintain customer satisfaction. 
Collaborate closely with Customers and Operations teams to ensure new product transfers meet approved manufacturing requirements. 
Prepare and present quality performance metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making. 
 Requirement  Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or an equivalent technical field. 
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) within a manufacturing environment. 
Proficient, working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
