QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER AND METALLURGIST

(Preference will be given to candidates with Metallurgy background)

• Ensure quality standard and culture are enforced.
• Prepare Inspection Test Plans (ITP) per Project specific quality requirements.
• Review supplier certificates, mill certificates, test reports, and final product documentation.
• Provide technical support to the respective department on product and process.
• Perform internal and external audit to compliance with QMS requirement
• Liaise with various department/ sub-contractors/ customer to ensure product manufacture as per requirement.

• Diploma or Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Candidates with Metallurgy or Materials Science background are preferred.
• Knowledge of heat treatment, alloy steels, and microstructure analysis will be an advantage.
