Quality Assurance Assistant (6-month Contract, Korean only)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange and coordinate batch testing with LAB and SCM, and notify relevant stakeholders, including Brands and SCM, of test status


• Manage QA data in internal systems (SAP, internal QA systems, Excel) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records


• Report QA issues to the regional office and follow up on reported issues

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field


• Relevant work experience in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry preferred


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask


• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
