About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform end to end Quality Assurance (QA) evaluations of collections agents and ensure adherence to process/SOPs.
  • Conduct QA calibration sessions with Team Members and Outsourced Collection Agencies. Ensures that QA SOP/process is always up to date.
  • Prepare QA reports.
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements to maintain good quality service.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably in banking and finance or any related courses).
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, or any related role, preferably within the banking industry and Collections operations (e.g., call monitoring, dispute handling, compliance checks, or credit/collections processes).
  • Requires strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to analyze and summarize information.
