Quality Analyst (Wire Payments)

Position Description:

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence at the downtown Toronto office and/or client office a minimum of two days per week. Onsite requirements are subject to change.
Job Summary
This role supports payment modernization initiatives by performing hands-on testing for wire payment applications, with a strong focus on SWIFT CBPR+ and Fed ISO payment processing. The Quality Analyst validates cross-border payment flows, message transformation, system integrations, and end-to-end processing across multiple platforms.
The role works closely with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and payment operations partners to ensure accurate payment execution, message compliance, and downstream processing. Experience with FIS OPF Wire Engine and SWIFT Alliance Message Hub (AMH) / Wire Room is highly desirable.
