Boilershop Team Leader

Qualifications

• Qualified boilermaker with minimum 5-8 years of working experience
• Own transport and a valid unendorsed license
• Availability for overtime, public holidays, weekends, callouts, and December and Easter shutdowns
• Previous experience in a steel environment (Meltshop) is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of structural steel with the ability to read drawings and build equipment with minimal supervision
• Team player and ability to work independently when required
• Ability to work under challenging conditions
• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety Rules
• Knowledge of various hand and workshop tools is an advantage
• No fear of heights or confined spaces
• Experience with Automated Maintenance systems
• Good fitness levels and mobility
