Qualified Behavior Modification Professional (QBMP)

Oversees the clinical functions of a Community Crisis Home (CCH) and/or Enhanced Behavior Support Home (EBSH), regularly monitoring implementation and outcomes of Individual Behavior Support Plans (IBSPs) for persons supported and escalating concerns or issues to Clinical Director and/or program leadership.

Demonstrates and models professionalism and all skills of direct care staff with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach that emphasizes YAI’s culture and mission and positive behavior supports.

Collaborates with the Clinical Director and program staff to ensure the clinical needs of the people YAI supports are addressed.
