About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Take charge of preparing and submitting comprehensive and competitive bids for both private sector and public sector projects, with a strong emphasis on mechanical and electrical scopes in data centre and cleanroom developments.
- Manage tender processes including document review, scope assessment, and timely government portal submissions.
- Liaise with design and project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for accurate cost estimation and value engineering.
- Negotiate pricing and scope with clients during pre‑contract phases to ensure commercial success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors, monitoring project risks and ensuring compliance with standards.
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying
