Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QE Lead to drive end-to-end testing initiatives, including automation, cloud-based testing, and modern QE practices across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end QE activities across projects
• Define and implement test strategies (functional, automation, performance)
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product)
• Drive quality governance, risk management, and delivery timelines
• Leverage cloud platforms (especially AliCloud) for testing environments
• Apply AI-driven testing approaches to improve efficiency and quality
• Mentor team members and promote best practices
