QC Inspector

Job Description

• Ensure that quality standards were implemented for product quality improvement
• Performs inspection at incoming, in-process and outgoing stage of inspection
• Prepares data for internal requirements and external submission including sample requests
• Responsible for the execution of actions for customer complaints
• Evaluates each process in order to improve quality as well as productivity
• Prepare and provide all QC related records needed for the inspection activity
• Practice implemented work instructions and standards
• Participate for the achievement of quality set objectives and targets
• Recommend line stoppage whenever necessary if there is quality problem present to obtain gross failure or rejection
• Attend QC general weekly meeting and other meeting wherein presence is likewise necessary
