About the Role

            Responsibilities Carry out inspections and surveillance of Electrical and Instrumentation works in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). 
Inspect installation of cable trays, conduits, cables, LV/MV Control FO, lighting, earthing, panels, junction boxes, instruments, impulse tubing, and field devices. 
Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and vendor data. 
Ensure installation activities meet applicable standards such as IEC, IEEE, NFPA, BS and project specifications. 
Verify proper identification, tagging and labeling of cables, equipment and instruments. 
Witness and verify continuity, insulation resistance (IR) megger testing, HV/LV cable testing, loop checking and functional testing. 
Witness FAT, SAT, calibration and pre‑commissioning activities as applicable. 
Ensure use of approved and calibrated test equipment.
