What you will do
Lead assigned workstreams within broader HR transformation projects (e.g., Operating Model/TOM, process redesign, HR technology enablement, analytics, or change management).
Conduct current-state assessments (interviews, workshops, data analysis) and develop future-state designs for HR service delivery (COE/HRBP/Shared Services) and supporting RACIs.
Redesign HR processes (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, learning, rewards, workforce planning) using best practices, Lean, and employee journey mapping.
Support HR technology roadmaps and selection; collaborate with technical teams on HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) design, testing, data, integrations, and adoption activities.
Build and maintain workstream plans, risks/issues/dependencies (RAID), and status reporting; ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
