About the Role
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented
QA Tester with strong experience in the Telecom domain,
particularly in Order Management systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Service Now testing
and working knowledge of
ATF
(Automated Test Framework). The role involves functional, integration, and regression testing across telecom workflows and service fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
Perform functional and integration testing for Telecom Order Management systems
Validate end-to-end order lifecycle (Order Capture, Provisioning, Activation, Billing integration)
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Conduct testing in Service Now modules and workflows
Create and maintain ATF test scripts within Service Now
Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements
