QA Test Tech

JOB SUMMARY Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 day per week 10am-7pm 

The primary duties of this position are to inspect, test, clean and label Industrial PLC Center Surplus items at point of sale.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Verifying Part Numbers on All Units Processed

·Inspection, Cleaning and Testing of all Units

·Proper use of Shop Assets and Test Fixtures

·Power and Diagnostic Testing of All Units

·Programming

·Support Quality Methods, Processes and Procedures

·Support and Improve Quality of Final Product

·Support Development of Capabilities

·Performing Occasional Light Repair

·Processing of Pre-evaluation Units to ‘RTS’ Ready to Sell condition

·Proper Handling and Labeling on All Units

·Capture Estimated Parts and Labor Cost for Repairs

·Effective Time Management and Prioritization of Work
