About the Role
Quality Assurance Manager
The QA Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining the organization's quality assurance programs to ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and customer requirements for our CPG client in the Lower Mainland area.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and quality policies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry regulations, and internal quality requirements. Lead internal and external audits, including regulatory, certification, and customer audits. Oversee product quality monitoring, including inspections, testing programs, and lot release processes. Investigate non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
