Title: QA LEAD (RI 0828A) Location: Hybrid: Work location & Remote (3 days in office/2 days remote) 2 MetroTech Center, 5th floor Brooklyn NY 11201 Job Description SCOPE OF SERVICES: The QA Lead will work with the Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) team and share responsible for leading all testing modifications the NYC Design System and rollout across nyc.gov guided experiences because of enhancements, defect fixes, platform upgrades and software maintenance among other things. Responsibilities include reviewing requirements for completeness and testability; preparing and coordinating test plans; assigning tasks to other QA analysts; tracking the progress ofthe team members; developing and recording test cases; executing test cases and analyzing andreporting results; mentoring team members with appropriate tools and OTI processes and standards.
