Overview
Our client is seeking a QA Functional Tester to support the Customer Service Management System (CSMS), a critical platform used to manage non-emergency city services and public requests. This role focuses on testing enhancements, defect fixes, and system upgrades within a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment and associated digital platforms (portal, mobile, SMS).
