About the Role

Quality Assurance / Customer Operations

Location: Manchester. Work: 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical audits of end‑to‑end financial crime cases, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk appetite.
  • Monitor and assess adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee timely risk mitigation without compromising investigative depth.
  • Proactively identify emerging risks, procedural gaps, or near‑misses and raise significant findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive monthly Management Information reports that translate audit data into actionable business insights.
  • Analyze trends and root causes across the department to provide strategic feedback, shaping training, policy updates, and operational processes.
